I've just had a bit of a saga with a dealer over a Freelander TD4. I bought it under warranty with a "service history" which turned out to be mostly old MOTs. As it was under warranty I wasn't too worried, but the snagging list it did grow! Wipers didn't work, rear window heater didn't work, one passenger door lock solenoid didn't work, tailgate window was all over the shop, the alternator was conking out and there was the start of some transmission noise I didn't like. Then the brakes failed...
Anyway I've finally got my money back after a lot of stress and nothing to drive. So here's the point: watch out for FV03 KTK, be sure all the faults have been fixed if you're thinking of buying it. (It's a lovely car, apart from the faults.)
