Well, Dopey's a feckwit then? That **** might cure yer whine, might do sumat to yer O/D too if yer lucky, might not, but I reckon (cuz of a long conversayshun wiv Adz, the siontist) that eventually it's going to cause it to wear badly. Molybendybum is a very hard metal, dunt matter that it's a fine dust (acherly, that paste int even that fine), stands to reason if it's harder than the metals it's crushed between it's going to wear them away.

Want yer O'D to last? Check& changer yer oil regular & ignore Dopey fer being a twot. ;)

Just to say the oil dosn't reach the cog on the o/d most of the time so it tends to run dry, i have sold loads of this stuff, and inly ever got good feed back from it, i have it in my SII overdrive and it sorted out the problem for me, the cog just itself is £120 + vat, the output shaft is £140, its better to have some lube that none at all It has a melting point of 2,620°C, As an aid to lubrication, molybdenum disulphide (MoS2) greatly reduces surface friction between ferrous metals

Nope, jest a bit slow!

Thing is, ter my mind that stuff does stop yer O/D whining, so it is a fix.............in the same way that people used to throw a handful of sawdust in to quieten a noisy gearbox before selling a motor.

Longer term it'll do more harm than good.
