Hi all,
that dreaded day arrived yesterday that we all fear, presenting our beloved disco to the mot man (or lady). I have to admit i have been fortunate the last few years that i have passed without any problems,however yesterday my luck ran out & that filthy phrase corroded rear body mounts was used.
No problems i thought until getting up today & being greeted with typical bank holiday rain & a broken welder. I dare say some one out there has had to replace/repair these rear body mounts, if so any help/tips would be welcome.

You have my deepest sympathy Mrsnoops, I have to replace one of mine, though it was not too bad to fail the dreaded MOT.

Was under the car with the hose pipe & pressure washer getting all the s**t off, mow just wondering how much rust proofing wax to buy.
