I need to get a diff for my range rover brought over from the UK to Bulgaria. This may seam a daft question but I need to know the weight of the diff. Would any one know the answer to this please?

av just bin int garage t weigh one and it wa 25KG.

Just seems to weigh twice as much lying on your back trying to put it back into the axle

Yeah..and Andy0352 is contemplating dropping a P38 autobox from underneath!!!

yes thats right the gearbox is coming out this week,as i have a small leak on the gearbox/transfer box,so im going to drop the transfer box,so while im in there i,ll undo the gearbox and move it back on the trolly jack with transmission cradle,so i can do the rear crank seal,just going to order some parts from ashcroft tommorow
