ive just brought a 300tdi disco and have got a couple of problems with it,

1st when i drive i get a vibrating from the front, this is only when i accelerate and as soon as i reach speed its stops, have changed the wheel bearing but its still the same. Any ideas,


2nd, it seems to be starving of fuel, drives ok then all the sudden it wont go above 2000 revs. have had someone look at it today and they say i need to clean the tank out as its blocking the fuel lines. any ideas how to do this as i thought id ran out of fuel adn put 30 quid in it. cheers

try new filters, sediment tank a clean, drain tank put some fresh fuel in it and some fuel line treatment, whip yer injectors out, give em a clean and a blast out, all cost yer buttons to do.

as for vibration i would be looking more towards the drive train.
