It's clearly someones 88" Hybrid, the back body is Series not 90.
I doubt that it is road legal and it's massively over-priced for what it is.
 
When only the tub is original (or as original) calling it a hybrid is a bit of a stretch
 
An 88" tub won't fit straight on to a 90 chassis without a lot of cutting and welding . The roof is 90 so the whole thing is screaming RINGER....
If you read the sellers write up it looks like he got it and then realised he's been conned now he's trying to off load it.
 
Second laugh I've had today, first one was when an insurance broker quoted me £470 for a 'non LR' after I'd had one on a comparison website for £272, but this really takes the biscuit o_O

It is a 88" rear tub as it has a Series tank filler.
If you look at the pics in the Gumtree advert , you can see that the chassis has been shortened just in front of the rear trailing arm mounts and the roof top has been shortened at the rear.
I'm not saying that it is legit, but it is 88".
