My 98 Nissan 4WD Frontier is leaning slightly to the passenger side, not by
much, just ½ inch. That is the truck body on the driver side sits ½ inch
higher from the ground compared to the passenger side. Interestingly, when
my 190 pounds sit on the driver’s seat the driver side lowers by ½ inch
thus making the two sides perfectly level.
My question is, is this leaning intentional so that once the driver gets
on the vehicle the truck is level (the most common configuration a truck
is driven in) ?
Or is the truck supposed to be perfectly level when empty and then acquire
a slight leaning if only the driver is in the vehicle?
