Can this be done by simply purchasing the seats and bracketry...etc?

It can be done but the seat belts are prob the most trickiest bit to do . As they are mounted in the side panels . And fold down headrests in the roof . If you have SLS it will help with the insurance as some company's won't insure a 7 seater conversion on springs
