Well my trusty old 300tdi disco engine blew up. I have another i am planing on building and just in the process of removing the engine. Got everything disconnected apart from the electrics.
It is just a base model disco with no mods. According to the Haynes book there is just one plug at the drives side bulk head to be disconnected and pushed through the bulk head - well I have had to disconnect 2 and there is still a heap of wires running behind the dash. Any one any ideas? I dont want to start ripping out the dash to see where they go and find the next plug. Any help would be great thanks, I have a mint V8 chassis and want to mock up where the 300tdi engine will sit to weld on the engine mounts.
