I have recently had problems with the injectors in my Cherokee (171,000
miles) all stock. What is the best way to clean the orofices/holes on the
intake and fuel rail? Should I use lube to make installing easier? And why
do they cost sooooo much? (quoted $94.00 ea. at NAPA

I am not much help on the proceedure for doing this, but I may be able to
help on the cost. My Cherokee needed injectors. I understand they are made
of plastic and they crack and leak fuel. I had 4 of them leaking on my 6
cylinder. I found a set of 6 new with "O" rings on Ebay for 289.99 plus
shipping. I have found several parts at a dramatic savings on the net. If
you have the time to wait a few days, you can save a bunch of money that
way. Wish I could help on the repair.
