Can't you just go to a breakers yard and get a couple of lap belts?

Not surprised as the 7 seat conversion was a fairly rare thing on P38s.
You could try talking to SECURON, the belt manufacturers. A while back I needed some belts for an unusual car and found that buying from them was actually cheaper than taking the chance on buying some unseen from a breaker. They'll just want the type and lengths and you could even get them coloured.

Maybe not but think they or someone like them provided the seven seat conversion. Mine is just the same leather and piping as the cars seats. So obviously made specially for it. No makers label on it though. Not that i have seen anyway.
