Series 3 2.25 petrol 5 main bearings
Just had the MoT and got a pass but the emmisions are 6.5% at 500rpm and 0.4 % at 2000rpm. I was told that i will burn valves at these settings
the engine is sweet, burns almost no oil, pulls well,starts first time .
Im running at 3 BTDC with electronic ignition from ACE.
I wouldn`t have thought I had a problem untill the emmisions test.
Any ideas greatly appreciated
