Depends.
Did the current owner drain the gas tank, otherwise you'll need to flush
it and the fuel lines.

Did they put a few drops of oil in every cylinder, or will you want to
do that before carefully turning the motor over very very slowly?

Good antifreeze or is the inside of the engine pretty well corroded?

If the price is right why not. You will want to flush all fluids and
lubes, then begin bringing it back to live very very slowly and
carefully.
