I am selling my PT Cruiser and am going to look at some used pick-ups.
What has the most leg room. I'm 6' 4" and would like some comfort as
this will be my main source of transportation. I probably will be
looking at 1998-2002 models. $10,000-$15,000 range. Any thoughts?
Thanks
Kirk

When I was working, I drove Fords, Chevs, and Dodges. Ford had the most leg
room. Why not go to a used auto (truck) lot and sit in all brands? This
would let you know. W W

A late model Super Duty Ford has quite a bit of leg room. I'm 6' and
if I have the seat all the way back, I can't depress the clutch pedal
all the way.

Get a truck with an extended cab. The seat will go farther back from the
steering wheel than a standard cab will allow. I'm 6'6" and weigh 265 lbs.
I've a '99 Chevy K1500 extended cab, has plenty of room for me.

I will keep in mind some of the trucks mentioned. Thanks. I will be
getting an extended cab for the dog and extra storage area.
