I believe there's a lodge next to redmires reservoir, the start of the famous stanage edge 
Might be worth a look. From there I would do the route from "maythegreenovalbewithyou".
The route is all written as references so it will take a bit of planning on your part to get the correct maps. Took me about 2 hours to draw it all out onto my maps.
