Hi all, I have a series3 LR 2.25l DIESEL ,LT76 Gearbox , recently the 4th gear start popping out (to neutral) , any ideas about this problem ? springs or the synchro ? Thanks
HI, Most likely issue is all 3 syncro springs have taken a walk. Drop the oil and see what comes out. It is also possible to see the syncro unit with top of box removed. Pic is of the unit with spring near by.
