Hi Folks,

Currently collecting parts for my 4.6 V8 transplant into my Def90. Collected the engine the other day and asked the breaker for the engine loom plus ecu. He gave me all requested but he plugged out the engine loom from what looks to be the fuse box in the engine bay. What parts or how do I connect the ecu to the engine now.

You need to buy a GEMS ECU and complete loom from someone.

An easier option will be to change the front cover, put a dizzy and 3.9 front end on and fit an edelbrock manifold and 500 carb.

Have the ECU and engine loom, I can go back and get more stuff off him. Is it the entire loom inside the vehicle i need and then cut off what i dont need or does come another section
