Is the 4hp-22 box from the 4.0 compatible with my 2.5 diesel? Am I right they are both 4hp-22 box's?

I believe so but never tried myself.

Ok thanks ill wait and see if someone knows for sure as there is a lot more choice for the 4.0 not many auto box's about for the diesel.

Yes same box different torque converter and bell housing.
