Evening all...
Brimmed the 2006 FL1 TD4, ran it for 470 miles, filled back up 56.47ltr. does 38mpg average sound about right?

Cheers

Couldn't tell you that for sure, but I'm not heavy on the pedal. Had to do a speed awareness course once and not sure I could handle another one...

Im on 412 miles so far out of this tank of fuel (03 td4) no yellow light yet but its close have been driving in the lanes and on dartmoor mud though

Terrain can make some difference, everything is hilly around here but I still manage around 35 mpg with AT tyres and a re-map in my FL1. I think if it had standard road tyres it would be at 40.

I’ve noticed the fuel computer in my L200 has dropped by 2mpg since I let the tyre pressures down for the snow... your rubber and pressures make a significant difference.

Evening,
What pressure you run in your ats? And did you make any physical changes to go with your remap? Thanks

They’re at 30psi, I have an egr blank but the remap deletes that anyway.

These cars seem to respond well to remapping... goes like the clappers.

I think I’ve got 225 65 R17 on at the moment - Yokohama Geolanders - I think if I ran them with a little more pressure MPG would improve but I’m really not fussed - my L200 runs at around 22mpg with 265 70 R17 BFG ATs on.

Thanks for the info ive heard a few people say the same about a remap will look into it.

Im not a million miles from there feel free to give a recommendation. Did they put it on a rolling road or was it just a premade map?

Premade package. Tyremarks of Tavistock - speak to Mark, he seems to know his stuff and has been specialising in tuning / remapping for some time.

'98 K series 1.8 just returned 36.4Mpg - 7.76l/100km. I try to keep an even speed of 90 to 95Kmh.
