any body recomend 30mm or 50mm wheel spacers with insa turbo special track 285/75/16 on 16x8 rims what do you think

i use 30mm wheel spacers but i wouldnt use them with tyres that wide, plus the offset of the rim. i only use them with standard disco steels and freestyle alloys, both running 205's. i dont use them with my 235/85 diamonds as the rims offset is a little more. Any wider and you will munch wheel bearings i expect.
yes they do make a difference to stability, especially on my 90 which is rather quicker than standard (300bhp) and with the spacers and road tyres on the alloys its fantastic on the road! Although it hasnt been lifted at all and i run fox shocks.

thanks ill keep that in mind u have m5 engine i have an m3 car but just 300 tdi in the 90 my m3 is savage carnt imagine the the power of an m5 in ya 90 bet its crazy to drive

its an exciting drive yes but can be driven leisurely, just dont rev it! i'm rebuilding it at the mo for the wyedean rally next feb, bit of a spruce up!

I had 30mm spacers with 265 mud terrains on freestyle alloys on a 110. Never had a problem even on trip right through france and back. Just about to put them on my 90.
