Afternoon All,
I have a 300 tdi from a disco in my 90, mated to an LT77 box. Now, i didnt do the swap but on inspection, not all of the bolt holes on the two housings line up perfectly and therefore do not contain bolts.
my question is, does this pose a risk to dirt and water ingress while wading? or will, for example, a bolt hole on the tranmission hosing that does not line up with the back of the block simply meet with flat metal, in which case posing little risk??
