Could someone please tell me where this is located?

I bought this disco with no working wiper, i've now tried fitting a new one and it just stays on constantly. I suspect the relay to be at fault as the switch on the dash does not stop it but I have no idea were it is and Haynes is no help!

Tailgate wiper relay is green and is positioned in the passenger footwell behind the kick panel.

Theres a bank of four I think. I just changed mine had no rear wiper at all.
There was only the 1 green 1 in mine

Is it in the panel underneath the glove box or the panel to the left beside the door?
