I have a discovery 300tdi which has a large issue of emptying all the coolant out of the radiator into the expansion tank and then not refilling it, I’ve tried replacing water pumps, it’s has 3 thermostats a new radiator and new coolant hoses and I’ve bled the system several times still no change. Anyone else gone through this and know how to fix

You have an unanswered question on your other post.
What year is your Disco, check for mayo on the oil filler cap/dipstick.

Radiator, expansion tank and top of the water pump

That is how I used to do it, are you refitting header tank cap once water is coming our of the rad bung? then carry on filling via the stat bung, having the header tank cap on when header tank level is correct is the important bit, then carry on filling up via the stat housing bung.
