Hi, i have a few holes in boot floor, but mot not for a while yet, does anyone know if this constitutes an mot failure, assuming everything else ok?

Depends on where the holes are. If they are within 12 inches of the seatbelt mounts on the rear arches, then the MOT tester will probably fail it.

Or if they are within 12 inch of body mounts...

as above depends where the rust is, new floor is easy enough to replace
