The roof rails on my 300ES do not have any holes to recieve the prongs on the standard cross rails. There seems to loads of clamp on rails on e-bay from freelanders, will they fit on the Disco any body know please?

Drill + drill bit = problem solved ??

Strange.. they can't be missed three pairs of holes in each rail, as there are three cross bars. My parts book indicates thats how they are up to vin VA which is the 1997 model. So if u have a 1998 model the bars may be the clamp style of fixing may be.
I don't know about freelander stuff, ask the question on the length in their forum.
