After buying my 300 tdi from sheffield .. and being assured it was one of the cleanest 300 tdi around i made the trek from cornwall to sheffield ...

and here she is a lovely 3 door 300 tdi with 104k on the clock...

the difflock was stiff so i thought its not been offroad for a while thats a good sign ...i had a good poke around whilst i was there and it had a few scabs but all in all it was pretty tidy...
or so i thought ..
when i got it home on dads MOT ramp it came to light that if they had spent as much time repairing as they did bodging then it would have been a bargain truck...
so seeing as i am in now i will get her really tidy and save her from the scrappy ...

so here is the chassis all blasted and painted and gravi guarded and then shutz'd for good measures ..

Hi
Just wondering what paint you used on the chassis, "gravi guard" is that a single part paint or something a bit more?

it was primered first and painted in 2 part paint once this was hardened off it was then coated in gravi guard made by upol and then was given a coat of tetra shultz hope this helps buddy
