wouldn't believe the problems, dipstick wouldn't fit either so had to bend it slightly and now need to fix it to the 300 inlet manifold.
The 300 inlet has a bigger bore where the intercooler pipe fits on so I presume that the 300 intercooler that I fitted is bigger bore as well. Dont know if the 300 turbo blows any more than the 200 but I fitted it because it was new and bought for the clapped out 300 engine that I bought and gave up on
Hope to have it running soon, then swap the front axel for my 110 one with bigger brakes and a new diff. Xmas is coming fast though and maybe not done by then.
Pretty certain the cooler pipe bore is the same, as i fitted a 300 unit to an old 200 disco i had, bit tight with the pipes as i/c stubs in different places but fitted and worked.

Cant argue with that but as i was selling the 200 i didnt care, and i wanted my performance cooler back.
I have read somewhere about people hacksawing the end off the 200 inlet manifold maybe this is why?
