have ended up with two of them
one is complete with the plastic covers and fixings, inc the rubber seals that go underneath the fixings
other one is just the 3 x bars and has a very slight split in the metal, is on the back down support
have been racking my brain in how to fix the plastic front trim covers
as one of them is obsolete and managed to get hold of one and are getting nicked , two freelanders up the road have had them pinched
was thinking of maybe using a rivet gun , am then concerned about water ingress, then cable ties but they can easily be cut
know they are extremely hard to get hold of and normally need to buy a complete roof rack in order to get them
maybe using some silicone
has anyone come up with a good way to secure them please
thks as always guys
