Afternoon guys ... got the dreaded 3 amigos on and took my local mechanic who sourced it down to the rear abs sensor .. change a full hub with sensor still attached and still all 3 lights :( checked wiring and even sprayed with electrical contact cleaner to no avail :( any ideas ??

Get it back onto a diagnostic set which can read a non-OBDII compatible set-up, such as Nanocom, Hawkeye, Lynx or Testbook.
The 3 amigos can be caused by a number of problems but mainly a faulty hub or an electrical problem on the ABS shuttle valve switches. There are some other lesser known causes. Only diagnostics can tell.

+1^^^, i'm wondering how did that mechanic reach that rear sensor fault without proper tester though

He used a snap on tester .. deleted codes .. wrote this message and abs stayed in as quoted...... drove away and lights have gone out to not come back on ... maybe a success ?? :) hopfully
