so people have told me but i assure you this is a genuine 3.9 efi and is the original engine as listed when my rangie was registered with the dvla in 1987

3.9 was released in november 89, i think someone changed the engine and quite rightly notified the dvla. anyway the cylinder heads fom either a 3.9 or the 4.2 lse engines will fit. always some on fleabay. try martin toole 07885025872 he might have a decent set
according to our friends at the dvla this vehicle was registered in may 1987 and was registered at manufacture as a 3.9 the chassis number and engine number match those registered in 1987 and no recorded engine change is listed they assure me that this is an original 3.9 and my last rangie was also a 3.9 and again that was a 1986 model confused well so am i are the 3.5 heads not compatable
