hi all, has any one tried the 2010 steering wheel switches on the pre touchscreen RR, i have bothe sets and the wiring is the same on both but didnt want to take a chance so i thought i would seek a bit of advice, i have had my wheel retrimmed and fitted the silver spoke covers,

I know on the earlier models you could swap but need to to swap the heater control unit not done the latter type wheel is yours a post 2008 my vehicle as it mite not work on the walker models

i have a 2004 RR bmw ibus system, i bought a 2010 air bag with switches but was told they would not work on my car but as i came to change the new 2010 switches with my old ones, these were fitted from 2002 to 2009 i noticed that the plugs and wire colours on the 2010 are the same.
has any one tried to retro fit the new switches
