hi weve bought a discovery 200 Tdi engine and fitted it to our defender. lately we have rebuilt it it with a new turbo, rings, shells etc and have been told a big intercooler will increase performance dramatically is this true?

i'm no expert but from what i have read the answer is YES

see web sites for people like J J Fearn Intercoolers and Allard - they all promise improved performance from 'bigger' intercoolers etc.
