try your local bosch or diesel specialist and they should be able to help you out.

That is all very well, BUT the car will probably never run again.

Injector tips seldom come to any harm in a Landy type engine.

What can happen is the critical SPRING inside the injector that holds down the NEEDLE inside, can weaken or break, thus letting the needle lift far too soon (at far too low an injection pressure), and the engine runs as rough as a badger's bum and will probably be smoky and poor to start.

It is dead easy to test and reset injector spring pressures if you have the right tool. I use a Hartridge POP Tester here. Anyone local is welcome to come along and get injectors set. Others might have to post them up with return postage and £2.50 per injector.
