New radiator assembly in
All of the wiring and fuel system plumbing is complete now. PAS conversion should be done tomorrow and also need to find somewhere for the air filter. After that its just exhaust to do and cooling system

Exhaust modified to fit today, and I failed to get any hydraulic hose for the power steering so I will try again tomorrow. Interior and front end refitted though. It's getting there but frustrating waiting for parts.
I started with a 300tdi exhaust which I don't think I would recommend as it took a lot of chopping about to fit

I have fitted a 300tdi manifold and turbo which complicates fitment quite a bit. It needs the extra exhaust bends to clear the engine mount.
I had it cranking over today though and got oil pressure! Power steering is all done now. Exhaust on tomorrow and i should be able to fire it up.
After that its just air filter / coolant plumbing

Still no exhaust hence the noise, but it runs!
