When pulling away after lifting clutch pedal I get a nasty klonk for the drivetrain somewhere, its sounds like it is coming from front diff, though I read a service report that suggests it could be the output shaft on the transfer box, as I have an early transfer box.
I have also an advisory notice on the front prop.
Can I have some tips on diagnoising /eliminating (the transfer box would nice to elminate!) different aspects of the drivetrain?
Could this clonk be related to any suspension components? I haven't had it up on a ramp yet, want to get some tips first as to where to stick a pry par.
Thanks for reading.

Could it perhaps be worn u/j on the front prop?
Get underneath it and look/wiggle/pry at the props and suspension bushes, front and rear.

A Frame ball joint is always a prime suspect for clonking when taking up the drive.
