Here's my rm250, I bought it about 18 months from Wakefield off road with a full recipt,

I've only ridden it maybe 6 or 7 times tin total, one in the last 10 months,

Always been well looked after,
Full suspention service carried out by pro action as the bike is fitted with there suspention at a cost of around £600

Ive recently changed all the fluids, including brake fluid,

New brake pads front and rear,
New rear tyre and inner tube

It's been used and has some marks but it in no way an abused bike, would look even better with a set of new plastics and graphics

Piston rings done by the dealer when I bought it,

£2250 ono

Best thing really, we are all old farts on here with creaky bones, that thing would finish us off.
I used to thrash about on a twin shock maico 490 that had been tuned by some expert I can't recall and it frightened the life out of me.
I've had fire blades and all sorts but that maico was a widow maker for sure.
No one including me was man enough to start it from cold, needed a 2 man push and bump.
Feckin berserk it was.

We're not all old farts, although I'm new and may be the only one. I've got an old rm 500 I use for that kind of fun.

Shin snapper if that kicked back on ya!

they were definitely a widow maker, I'd love to see what their 700cc 2 stroke is like just way to hard to find one, it just looks like too much to fully open.... anywhere!

The Honda 94' CR500 was on par with the Maico though IMO
