Hi all,
Just bought 2005 HSE, good deal but it has a few issues I need A bit of help with
Any info would be appreciated:
1. Need NS and OS powerfold mirrors, mirrors are fine but drivers side dont fold and looks like it has been a dodgy fix with black silicone , and the passenger side has a crack on the back (bit that fits to car not mirror back). Any suggestions where to source or fix would be cool.
2. Rear parking sensors. I get the long bleep and flashing light which book says failure, all sensors are clicking in reverse. There is a tow bar fitted which looks OEM part. Any ideas to fix ??
3. Sunrroof rust issue around edges, dont look like its leaking yet but would need sorting for winter.. Again any info would help ?

Just an update on my issues....
1.I have done drivers side mirror and passenger one being delivered tomorrow.
2.I cleaned parking sensors and they worked but then faulted again and then worked again so seems a bit intermittent for now.
3.Got a quote for sunroof £245 to supply and fit glass.... Is glass easy to source and fit as it only looks like 6 screw holding it but seems a lot of money to replace.

if there is rust around the whole sunroof will be rusty and you can get them of ebay and just replace the whole lot ,you will need to take out the head lining which is not to bad .
