Hi all, got in the car today and it had 1/3 of a tank of petrol. Put about 50 litres of petrol in it and the needle didn’t move. Drove around until the light come on and filled it up and only got £30 in it. Needle still has light on. If I drive around and the trip says that there is no fuel left does that send a message to the ecu and cut out the engine? Or can I theoretically just drive around with no fuel gauge? Also anyone know what the problem is?
Thanks all
