hi all werid issiuse first this goes wrong and the td5 has gone down as well ,

ill try explain best I can 2005 tdv6 2.7 , my camshaft broke off , which I assume threw a fattage problem or flaw in the steel as the oringal bolt isn't basicly long enough ,,
I removed both cylinder heads , and had all valves checked and replaced along with new gaskets , I purchursed 2 camshafts from a 2007 tdv6 and all four camshaft were checked for lob movement all hydrolic lifters were relived and new rockers replaced were needed.

then I rebuilt the engine back up , ( I didn't remove the body to do this )
ancluding new oil pump, cambelt kit, tensioners oil filters and headbolts
retimed the engine up one above the starter motor and 2 pegs into the camshaft location
double checked everything regards refitting to best of my knolage
and went to start the engine , son as diesel was there it started up , hydrolic tappits rattled for a few seconds until oil pressure primed these , so I turned engine off to build rest of the rad fan and water pipes etc

next stage i restarted the engine back up , to find it slightly missing which i left it idoiling until engine was up to tempture but by this time it started blue smoking from the rear with a worse miss (running on 5 clyinders )

i plugged fault reader in to find no3 cylinder ( middle cylinder os bank ) which id assumed was faulty for 2 reasons
1 , i unplugged injector from this cylinder and restarted the engine , smoke went ,, i thought possibley a injector ,, after checking data the injector was showing 130 , were the other 5 were showing 650 ,, , so i assumed swopping 2 and 3 around , the fault would either change cylinder or change value, but it made no difference no3 still showed the same fueling amount after changing injector ( why is beyond me )

i thought maybe its a compression problem so i checked all 3 clyinders on this bank to find all compression are all good ,, so im totally confused whats causeing one cylinder to do this ,, any help advise on this would be greatfull ,,

only other possible thing i can think is has it possibley bent a conrod ( yet all pistons looked leaval when at tdc,
or is it the opsite cylinder on the other bank conpansating adding more injector pressure to this cylinder ,,bare in mind on first start it was on 6 clyinders until i turned it off to rebuild other parts

parts replaced , oil filter
hydrolic lifters
assorted valves
cambelt kit, and pump kit replaced
head gaskets and bolts
turbo replaced

and to add the air suspention has arequird a fault , will lift the rear but not the fronts , ( but at the moment getting the engine to run right is more important ;)
