Could be starter affecting the cps?
Could be the cps and loom?
Could be no fuel in it?
Could be injector loom harness?
Could be oil in the ecu?

On the other common rail engines, this failure mode is often caused by a failed camshaft position sensor, although I don't know if the TD5 uses a CPS for timing the initial injection pulses in the same way that other engines such as a hippo TD4 does? A diagnostics sessionshould give you some faultcodes and or sensor values for us to work with.

You can't compare these two engines especially that the Td5 is not common rail and it doesnt have a camshaft sensor

Despite my poor wording, I knew the TD5 wasn't common rail, with it's centrifugal filter and camshaft operated injector units, I think of the TD5 as "a marine engine for the road"- but I didn't know it didn't have a camshaft position sensor. So yet again I've learned something from you, have a like as a thank you for continuing my education👍
