We would retail it for that sort of money, probably around 9.5k private sale I reckon...

Well thanks for the encouraging replies. I thought this would be reasonably friendly place. I have dropped the price to £9600. Hopefully this stops any comments about the high price. Thanks again.

it is a reasonably friendly place if you go about things the right way.
ok you need a thick skin. but also you need to be polite. it is customary i have found to introduce yourself first, then join in the intelectual and stimulating debates we have on here, and then perhaps you might get a better responce when you come to try and sell your landie. just my opinion you understand, of course others may differ,
