Can anyone share some photos of their bottom hose when using a serid radiator with 200tdi please?

One of the last jobs but I cannot get a hose to fit properly.

All suggestions welcome.

I dont think i bought any extra hoses, this would have been made up with what was on the 2286 and the tdi , cant remember if i needed to cut one

Mine. After market silicon hoses with a sensor for the electric fan.

This is mine, guys at work swapped a cat engine for another used one, this hose was spare so I may have purloined it and this is where it has lived for the last 18 years.
This is a 200 with the early narrow style radiator, I cannot comment on the later rads as obviously they are gay!
Crap camera hence crap picture.

That’s clever does it ever cut in, where did you buy it from , just wired in a manual switch for mine

I've it set a bit too low, as I'm planning on increasing the boost on the turbo quite a bit in the next round of upgrades. It came on last summer in traffic. I was towing a trailer with a Bridgeport onboard at the time. The fan only ran for a minute or two.

I bought it on eBay.
