I'm looking into this fitment holset hx25w/hx27w and he221w will all bolt straight to a 200tdi disco or defender manifold but you may have to drill threads out of one or the other if both the manifold and chosen turbo are tapped for studs. VGT Tubro from an older Audi 2.5 tdv6 is also an option but there are mods to the actuator mount bracket needed for it to work.
