I reckon on the next mot the sills will need replacing on my Disco, looking a bit ropey i noticed yesterday, so how hard or easy are they to replace.
getting new ones welded on aint a problem, just wondering how difficult?

not to bad a job, the new sill will comes complete with part of the floor. cut it off if floor is OK and join at bend. just be careful removing the spot welds around rear wheel arch and front and raer door pillers. did mine with the doors still fitted
