Will be selling 2 diesel engines soon.....

One is good but in bits (head off), and one has a crack in the block....

Between them a good engine can be had, as cracked block one has new rings etc...



Anyone on here want to make an offer before fleabay beckons??

is the good one a 5 main bearing?

Think they are 5 bearing ones but not 100% sure

at the bottom of the block just above where sump joins on is it like a crossed pattern if so they are 5mb. how much wear have they got? is it going to be a real smoker? how much you looking for?

Will have a look at the blocks over the weekend.

One with the cracked block is a smoker, when cold, fine when warm...

Other engine is untried.

Was going to put the other in, but now have a 2.5 to go in, and wife wants garden to stop looking like a pikey camp (

Could you take some pictures? then i will be able to see if they are 5mb or not. then i may be intrested depending how mine runs!
