Hi.
How hard is it to upgrade from a nad to turbo? Is it just a bolt in or does it require convertion kits etc...

19j and 200 tdi use the same mounts but when fitting a 300 tdi the drivers side mount is in the wrong place so its a case of cutting the old mount off and re welding or as ive recently found out you can fabricate a mount that uses the holes in the 300 block and the existing chassis mount

Im looking into this option for my series conversion as i dont want to weld my galv chassis and known good 200s are thin on the ground
 
Same engine mounts for the 19j, same clutch etc. Some exhaust parts might need changed though.
