I'm off to Sibbertoft on Sunday 19th, LE16 9UJ and again on the 26th April, they've been working on the site again, so should be good, I think if you mention this forum you can get extra drivers in for free.

26th April 2009 is actually LandyJumble at Sibbertoft. For those who haven't been there, the venue is Sibbertoft 4x4, Welford Road, Husbands Bosworth nr. Market Harborough, Leicestershire LE16 9UJ - that's 6 miles east of junction 20, M1. Located on the same stretch of road as the local Glider Club, look for the green direction arrows on routes surrounding the site.

Please note it's £5 admission for adults, under 16's free. Sellers from 7.30am, buyers 10am ... NOT before!

The off-road course will be operating all day as per usual. The course I would describe as "small but perfectly formed" with water, ups 'n' downs and bottomless mud-holes for those who like 'a challenge'. :D

Last time there I took the Rangie around with road tyres and underslug LPG tanks - no problem whatsoever. Mind you, I avoided a lot of the worst stuff (or should that read 'best stuff). It can get really slimy at times, but the lack of rocks and debris like builder's waste with concrete and reinforcing rod, etc. (like at some sites I've been to) makes the place a lot less damaging that most!

Let's hope for some decent weather this time around as the previous two LandyJumbles were somewhat damp. Mind you, most of 2008 was damp - no, positively wet!!! Fingers crossed.
