check fuel pressure at the fuel rail!!!
check plug order!!!
check crank and cam sensors are located correctly and crank sensor is not touching the back(i.e air gap is correct)
take cam sensor out and check for damage ( use the one off your old engine as you knew this worked)
try getting it on the obd reader see if there is anything it can tell you.
make sure the two connections on the top of the intake manifold are on secure, one's a single wire, the other is the same as an injector plug.
i found the the injector wires only fit one injector if you lay them in a comfortable pattern except the multi plug mentioned before could be confused with the first injector.
check all the plugs are on the air intake tube, there is also a little (vac???) plug that goes to a unit bolted near/on the top of the suspension/shock absorber strut, beneath the intake tube.
make sure the temp sensor is connected on the airbox.
check the plugs behind the pass side bank are connected correctly and not damaged, it is possible to connect this one to another plug and it will not fire no matter what happens (this caught me out once)
dunno what else to suggest!!
