truck started stalling, was able to restart by cycling key. last week it
stalled and would not restart. changed out eec module, coil, o2 sensor.
I have plenty of fuel flow and pressure at rails but no spark. I
disconnected the coil wire at the distributor and it only reads 11.92 V w/
ignition on, while turning engine over it still reads 11.92 V. i have no
idea what would cause this set up. would a badly grounded PCM cause this?
how would I check that? the only trouble code i get is Fuel pump circuit
failure-PCM to GRD. Please help. Thanks,

What codes are you getting from the ODBII system?

You need to check the pump and ECM module grounds and power circuit as
I do belive it is a fuel pump issue because when you cycle the key you
bypass the normal pump powers circuit during startup. Try hot wiring
the pump temporaily and see if truck starts and runs normally.
