Just when I thought all was well! The steering slip ring (cable wrap) is making a rubbing sound with a slight clicking when turning. I checked the seating with the steering column cowel and key nubs to the steering wheel. All seem well seated. The horn and cruise control work ok so the cables should be OK. Should I try disassembly and look for grit?
